New Century designs and manufactures large epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment (Dalian No. 1 Instrument Transformer Group), which casting volume can reach 16 tons daily, and it is the largest automated epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment in China;

Our company has developed VPRC- Φ 4200 resin vacuum-pressure casting equipment for —— EAST full superconducting Tokamac nuclear fusion (artificial sun) experimental device. As one of the four non-standard equipments built for EAST equipment, it is the largest epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment with the highest technical parameters in China. In April 2007, it was awarded by the EAST Headquarters of National Great Science Engineering and the Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2013, New Century was undertaking the construction of adhesive degassing equipment for ITER PF6 winding production line. It is the key equipment for domestic manufacturing of European ITER international cooperation project PF 6 undertaken by Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

At present, the resin vacuum casting equipments of Shanghai Electric Corporation and Guanghe Electric Corporation are made by New Century. The products of special drive motors of nuclear power plants produced by the equipment have been widely used in various nuclear power plants and have been praised by users.

New Century VPI vacuum pressure immersion paint equipment, has been widely used in TOSHIBA, Germany X dexx, CRRC and other companies. Germany X dexx is a former Siemens company specializing in the production of high-speed rail transformers.

New Century variable pressure method vacuum drying equipment has been successfully applied to the vacuum drying of Hefei ABB 800kV high voltage electrical products.

New Century’s intelligent vacuum casting equipment has been successfully applied in Guangdong Sihui ABB Guangdong , Transformer in Sihui, Guangdong and other companies.
