High-voltage bushing vacuum drying and vacuum oil immersion equipment

·Purpose: Used for vacuum drying processes of electrical products such as high-voltage bushings to enhance insulation performance.

Specially developed for the process characteristics of high-voltage bushings.  

·Adopting the pressure swing vacuum drying process.  

For high-voltage oil-immersed bushings, this equipment features a pressure-changing vacuum drying process combined with vacuum oil immersion, to meet the production process requirements for oil-immersed bushings.  

Based on the specifications of the product to be processed, select the process parameters, which can be adjusted as needed.

The entire equipment is computer-controlled, ensuring fully automated control of the entire operational process.

·It can set, display, measure, record, and control the entire set of equipment in real time.

·Automatically record the process curve of the drying process, including curves for various temperatures and pressures against time. Save the curves as historical data for future reference.

·Automatically perform drying qualification judgment and automatically indicate process completion.

(1) Determine whether the drying is qualified based on different rates of water vapor pressure increase.

(2) Use a dew point sensor to determine whether the drying is qualified.

·Operate the fault safety protection function

When a certain device malfunctions, it can automatically trigger an alarm and provide maintenance procedures and simple troubleshooting methods. After a sudden power outage, it can save various data and program execution status, and execute corresponding operation procedures to place the system in a safe state. After power is restored, it can continue to execute from the original process or manually intervene to execute from a certain process according to needs.

·Vacuum system:

(1) Using a vacuum pump with water vapor removal capability as the backing pump can effectively prevent damage to the vacuum pump caused by emulsification of vacuum pump oil.

(2) Adopting anti-oil and anti-water backflow design, the coil is protected from contamination

(3) A two-stage condenser is adopted, featuring a large condensing area and automatic water drainage. The core material of the condenser is stainless steel tubes, which are durable and long-lasting.

·Multiple safety protections for the heat transfer oil heating system

(1) The specially developed safe-type heat-conducting oil electric heating center from Shenrui ensures high safety and eliminates potential safety hazards.

(2) The heating circuit is equipped with an automatic release device for contactor adhesion to prevent safety accidents caused by overtemperature, and also features an overtemperature alarm.

·Equipped with a low-temperature refrigeration water chiller, it achieves excellent drying and water removal effects.
