Vacuum drying equipment for electronic devices

Purpose: Used for vacuum drying processes in electronic devices and other electrical products to enhance insulation performance.

·Adopting the pressure swing vacuum drying process.  

·Vacuum oil injection process can be added.  

·Select process parameters based on the specifications of the product to be processed, and adjust the parameters as needed.

The entire equipment is computer-controlled, ensuring fully automated control throughout the entire operational process.

·Capable of setting, displaying, measuring, recording, and controlling the entire set of equipment in real time.

·Automatically record the process curve of the drying process, record the curves of various temperatures and pressures against time, and save the curves as historical data for future reference.

·Automatically perform drying qualification judgment and automatically indicate process completion.

·Operate the fail-safe protection function

When a certain device malfunctions, it can automatically trigger an alarm and provide maintenance procedures and simple troubleshooting methods. After a sudden power outage, it can save various data and program execution statuses, and execute corresponding operation procedures to keep the system in a safe state. After power is restored, it can continue from the original process or manually intervene to execute from a certain process as needed.

·Vacuum system:

(1) Using a vacuum pump with the ability to eliminate water vapor as the backing pump can effectively prevent damage to the vacuum pump caused by emulsification of vacuum pump oil.

(2) The design incorporates measures to prevent oil and water backflow, protecting the coil from contamination

(3) A low-temperature condenser with automatic water discharge is adopted, and the core material of the condenser is stainless steel tubes, which are durable and long-lasting.

·Drying tank heating

(1) The drying tank is heated using an electric heating device specially developed by Shenrui, which boasts high thermal efficiency.

(2) The heating circuit is equipped with an automatic release device for contactor sticking to prevent safety accidents caused by overtemperature, and also features an overtemperature alarm.

·Equipped with a low-temperature refrigeration water chiller, it achieves excellent drying and water removal effects.
