·Purpose: Used for vacuum drying processes of electrical products such as transformer coils, transformer bodies, current transformers, reactors, capacitors, motors, etc., to improve insulation performance.

·The new process of closed-loop hot air + pressure swing vacuum drying is adopted, which shortens the drying time by 25-30% compared to pressure swing vacuum drying, effectively improving the drying efficiency

·Select process parameters based on the specifications of the product to be processed, and adjust the parameters as needed.

The entire equipment is computer-controlled, ensuring fully automated control of the entire operational process.

·It can set, display, measure, record, and control in real time for fully equipped devices.

·Automatically record the process curve of the drying process, and record the curves of various temperatures and pressures against time. Save the curves as historical data for future reference.

·Automatically perform drying qualification judgment and automatically prompt process completion.

The judgment is based on the partial pressure of water vapor in the tank and its growth rate.

(1) Determine whether the drying is qualified based on different rates of water vapor pressure increase.

(2) Use a dew point sensor to determine whether the drying is qualified.

·Operate the fail-safe protection function

When a certain device malfunctions, it can automatically trigger an alarm and provide maintenance procedures and simple troubleshooting methods. After a sudden power outage, it can save various data and program execution statuses, and execute corresponding operation procedures to keep the system in a safe state. After power is restored, it can continue to execute from the original process or manually intervene to execute from a certain process as needed.

·Vacuum system:

·Multiple safety protections for the heat transfer oil heating system

(1) The specially developed safe-type electric heating center using heat-conducting oil by Shenrui ensures high safety and eliminates potential safety hazards.

(2) The heating circuit is equipped with an automatic release device for contactor sticking to prevent safety accidents caused by overtemperature, and also features an overtemperature alarm.

·Equipped with a low-temperature refrigeration water chiller, it achieves excellent drying and water removal effects.

The motor inside the tank is equipped with a tripper to prevent the contactor from sticking and triggering when the motor is out of control, thus avoiding product falling during transportation.
