Horizontal vacuum pressure impregnation equipment

Scope of application:

This set of equipment is primarily used for vacuum pressure impregnation and conventional impregnation processes of stators for large motors, applicable to all commonly used non-explosive and explosive impregnation media. It can automatically or manually complete the entire impregnation process, and records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data through a database.

Equipment features:

1. The transformer coil undergoes vacuum pressure impregnation, which effectively removes water and degasses. This allows the insulating varnish to penetrate deeply into the interior of the insulation structure under pressure, strengthening the overall insulation and thereby enhancing the insulation level and improving the electrical performance of the product.

2. According to user requirements, the pressure tank structure can be designed in two forms: staggered teeth flange sealing and moving coil sealing.

3. It features multiple interlock protections (including mechanical and electrical interlocks) to prevent personal and property losses caused by work errors.

4. The entire process of design, production, and installation of pressure tanks complies with relevant national standards.

5. When installing the dipping equipment, handle the special equipment installation notification at the customer's location and assist the customer in handling the usage registration.

6. The entire process is automatically controlled by a computer, achieving unattended operation and ensuring safe and reliable performance.
