Vacuum pressure impregnation equipment for refractory materials

Scope of application:

This equipment set is primarily used for vacuum pressure impregnation and regular impregnation processes of the stator of large motors, applicable to all commonly used non-explosive and explosive impregnation media. It can automatically or manually complete the entire impregnation process, and records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data through a database.

• Purpose: This equipment is specifically designed for impregnating skateboard bricks with medium-temperature asphalt.

• The entire process is automatically controlled by a computer, achieving unattended operation and ensuring safe and reliable operation.

• The database records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data of the technological process.

• It features multiple interlock protections (including mechanical and electrical interlocks) to prevent personal and property losses caused by work errors.

• Equipped with a fault diagnosis function, it can record equipment malfunctions, handle them automatically, shut down the machine, and trigger an alarm.

• Set three-level access passwords: the first level is the device operation password; the second level is the password for modifying set process parameters; and the third level is the system administrator password.

• The equipment is equipped with a preheating system that can preheat and dry the skateboard bricks before impregnating them with medium-temperature asphalt.

• The equipment is equipped with a solid asphalt melting tank for melting solid asphalt to improve equipment efficiency.
