Motor vacuum pressure impregnation equipment

Scope of application:

This set of equipment is primarily used for vacuum pressure impregnation and conventional impregnation processes of stators for large motors, applicable to all commonly used non-explosive and explosive impregnation media. It can automatically or manually complete the entire impregnation process, and records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data through a database.

Main features of motor vacuum pressure impregnation equipment

• Purpose: This set of equipment is dedicated to vacuum-pressure impregnation for products such as transformer coils and motor stators. Through vacuum-pressure impregnation, the micro-water and micro-gas content in the coils and stators can be effectively removed; the insulating varnish can penetrate deeply into the interior of the insulation structure under pressure, strengthening the overall insulation and thereby improving the insulation level and electrical performance of the product.

• The entire process is automatically controlled by a computer, achieving unattended operation and ensuring safe and reliable operation.

• The database records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data of the technological process.

• Insulating paint should be stored in vacuum and at constant temperature.

• Equipped with multiple interlock protections (including mechanical and electrical interlocks), it prevents personnel and property losses caused by work errors.

• Equipped with a fault diagnosis function, it can record equipment malfunctions, automatically handle them, shut down the machine, and trigger an alarm.

• Set three-level access passwords: the first level is the device operation password; the second level is the password for modifying set process parameters; and the third level is the system administrator password.
