Transformer vacuum pressure impregnation equipment

Scope of application:

The VPI-Φ2000 vacuum-pressure impregnation equipment is a specialized device for producing environmentally friendly dry-type transformers and coils for other electrical products, capable of producing dry-type transformers with "H" grade insulation.

This set of equipment can implement both vacuum pressure dipping and ordinary dipping processes, and is suitable for all commonly used non-explosive and explosive dipping media. It can automatically or manually complete the entire dipping process, and records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data through a database.

Main features of transformer vacuum pressure impregnation equipment

• Purpose: This set of equipment is specifically designed for vacuum-pressure impregnation of products such as transformer coils and motor stators. Through vacuum-pressure impregnation, the micro-water and micro-gas content in the coils and stators can be effectively removed. This allows the insulating varnish to penetrate deeply into the interior of the insulation structure under pressure, strengthening the overall insulation and thereby improving the insulation level and electrical performance of the product.

• The process is fully automated and controlled by a computer, achieving unattended operation and ensuring safe and reliable performance.

• The database records, displays, saves, and queries various process parameters and data of the technological process.

• Insulating paint should be stored in vacuum and at constant temperature.

• Equipped with multiple interlock protections (including mechanical and electrical interlocks), it prevents personal and property losses caused by work errors.

• Equipped with a fault diagnosis function, it can record equipment malfunctions, handle them automatically, shut down the machine, and trigger an alarm.

• Set three-level access passwords: the first level is the device operation password; the second level is the password for setting process parameter modifications; and the third level is the system administrator password.
