The vacuum system utilizes a high-temperature rotary vane vacuum pump from Leybold, Germany, as the backing pump, which exhibits excellent resistance to resin vapor. Equipped with a Leybold vacuum transmitter and a Shenrui cooling and filtering device, the system ensures accurate measurements and long-term stable operation.
