The application objects are transformer, reactor, mutual inductor, high voltage oil immersion transformer, high voltage insulation, high voltage cable connector, discharge coil, ignition coil, motor, welding machine, nuclear power actuator drive motor, maglev train length stator, tokamak fusion low temperature full superconducting coil.

→Control system

The equipment controlled by PLC and industrial computer, in order to realizes human-computer information interaction, so as to realizes automatic vacuum casting equipment. The equipment realizes the one-key automatic intelligent operation of all processes from material feeding, conveying, vacuum treatment, metering and casting.

→Vacuum system

Using high temperature resistant rotary plate pump + Roots pump, with deep high efficiency condensation filter + precision filter of New Century, the equipment can effectively filter the paint mist in the system. And the vacuum system plays a good protective role in the front vacuum pump.

The exhaust port of the vacuum system is provided with an oil and gas separation device, which can effectively filter the oil mist in the system.
