→Control system

The equipment controlled by PLC and industrial computer, in order to realizes human-computer information interaction, and realizes the automatic operation of the whole drying process such as vacuum drying, vacuum oil injection and vacuum pumping.

→Drying process

The equipment using the variable pressure method vacuum drying process. Through the comprehensive consideration of the tank ambient temperature, body temperature, saturated steam pressure and other factors of water, the scientific process curve is formulated, so that the process runs automatically according to the process curve, with perfect drying effect, high efficiency and short time.

The drying end point is automatically judged, and remind automatically.

→Vacuum system

Using high temperature resistant rotary plate pump + Roots pump, with deep high efficiency filter + water collector of New Century, the equipment can effectively condense the water in the system, automatic drainage. And the vacuum system plays a good protective role in the front vacuum pump.

The exhaust port of the vacuum system is provided with a condensation device, which can effectively filter the oil mist in the system.
