→ Control system

Utilizing PLC control and industrial computers for human-machine information interaction, the entire impregnation process, including vacuum impregnation, vacuum paint storage, paint transfer and return, and vacuum pumping, is fully automated.

→ Safety protection

By equipping with high-pressure detection and safety valve control, multiple safety interlock controls are achieved for the entire system, ensuring the safe use of the equipment.

→ Paint storage tank system

The paint is stored at low and constant temperature, and the paint storage tank is equipped with an overpressure safety device.

→ Vacuum system

The system is composed of a high-temperature resistant rotary vane pump and a Roots pump, coupled with Shenrui's condensation filter and filter, which effectively filters the paint mist in the system and provides good protection for the preceding vacuum pump.

The exhaust port of the vacuum system is equipped with a filtering device, which can effectively filter out oil mist and paint mist from the system.

The vacuum system is equipped with an overpressure safety protection device.
