The equipment realizes the one-key automatic intelligent operation of all processes from material feeding, conveying, vacuum treatment, metering and casting.

→Vacuum system

Using high temperature resistant rotary plate pump + Roots pump, with deep high efficiency condensation filter + precision filter of New Century, the equipment can effectively filter the paint mist in the system. And the vacuum system plays a good protective role in the front vacuum pump.

The exhaust port of the vacuum system is provided with an oil and gas separation device, which can effectively filter the oil mist in the system.
